The way you envisioned the pose was really appealing. The 'sword-over-shoulder'-look is an undying classic, and a very natural pose for Momiji. I think you pulled of the shading very well but the hair stands out in an awkward way. Don't get me wrong - the hair is very well done, but when you jump from low detail in shadowing (as in the clothes), to very fine detail, it tends to look a bit weird. Try to even the details out a bit, to give the character some consistency

I'm not certain if this is how you wanted the sword to look, but keep perspective in mind. If you wanted the sword to actually be leaning on the shoulder, but the hilt in front of the shoulder, so the viewer can see the depth. Right now it kind of looks like she's just holding it behind her head.

The eyes and the hat are really impressive though. I like the palette of the eyes, very vibrant. And the shading on the hat (left side in particular) looks really professional. Try to show more of that in future works

All in all, it's a nice, above mediocre picture, and I would more than love to see you re-do this in a year or so, to see your improvement. You've got great potential!
